5. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit time may vary, particularly during the holiday season.

6. If you have not received your order after 40 days from payment, please contact us at with “Missing Order” + “Order Number” in the subject line. This is to ensure we track down the correct shipment or resolve the issue . We will trace your order and get back to you asap. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

7. Delivery Time: Shipment stop time is 4pm PST. Any orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day. Processing usually takes 3-5 business days but can take as long as 10 during high demand periods. It can take anywhere from 15-25 days to receive your items- average order period is 20 business days.
